Description
During a routine investigation of a chip factory in "Little Saigon", Orange County, California, Tom LeMay is catapulted into a byzantine pursuit of Thiet Van Sang, a local businessman in the politically fractious community still killing each other over the outcome of the Vietnam War. Van Sang uses his jewelry store as a front for his criminal and political activities. A gang of local thugs led by Eddie Tan, a psychopathic killer, commit murders, home invasions and robberies for him.Van Sang, threatened with exposure by LeMay orders Eddie to kill him. Eddie takes LeMay's girlfriend hostage and threatens to kill her. There is a shootout in the parking lot of LeMay's motel. LeMay manages to kill Eddie and free his injured girlfriend
