About the author
Palani Murugappan, having written 18 books on software applications to-date, is involved in the areas of content development, technical writing, editing, and conducting management and e-commerce training programs. A speaker and trainer at seminars, he has been involved in writing for more than 6 years. Having done his undergraduate studies in Australia in Mathematics and Computer Science, he went on and pursued the Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma. Not wanting to end here, he is currently pursuing his MBA in E-Commerce. His desire to continuously write on new software applications is never-ending.
