Palani Murugappan, having written 18 books on software applications to-date, is involved in the areas of content development, technical writing, editing, and conducting management and e-commerce training programs. Having done his undergraduate studies in Australia in Mathematics and Computer Science, he went on and pursued the Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma.
