About The Author

Courtney June is a mother of two and has been in search of tender stories for her little ones. Sparked by the joy of reading and learning (along with dabbling in a few stories since her youth), she had been inspired by real life stories to make a few of own. Her first ever published book is Little Light a tender story of a small candlestick girl who has trouble of finding her inherent value, but with the help of Paul Revere and his famous Midnight Ride she learns quickly of the value she holds. Other books like Mischievous Marley, Mermaid Misty's Twin sister has a few exciting tales too! From giving up her fin to become a pirate, dealing with Halloween tricksters, and chasing a turkey on deck that was supposed to be thanksgiving dinner, things are always exciting on Captain Marley's ship!
