With over 14 years of experience across healthcare, telecommunications, IT, aviation, and education, she has built a legacy of strategic leadership and community advancement. As Director of PEC PM Experts Inc., Cindy has driven project management excellence across sectors and geographies. Under her leadership, PEC PM Experts became a catalyst for the project management career ecosystem in the Kitchener-Waterloo region—connecting recruiters, industry leaders, and professionals through the PM EXPO initiative launched in 2024. She founded STEMPorte, a global ed-tech venture promoting STEAM education. Cindy served for three years as a part-time Associate Professor at Conestoga College's School of Business, sharing her extensive industry knowledge with emerging professionals. She currently serves on several boards including Rising Oaks Learning Ontario, Support Black Charities, NIROW and the Cambridge Federal Liberals Association. Chinedu’s portfolio spans cloud & enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, AI implementation, and business process automation. He holds an MBA from the University of Nicosia and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Nigeria, alongside specialized training in AI from Durham College, Canada.
