Description

The author wrote 'Masked Munchkins " during the Covid-19 pandemic to help little ones, two to six years old make sense of their changing world. She was especially inspired by a story on the news of a two year old not wanting to wear a mask on a plane. The child's upsetment ultimately led to the family having to exit and miss their trip. The book easily explains in simple words and childlike illustrations why their world is so different due to a virus. Children do much better if they can be very prepared for changes in their surroundings and what is expected of them. It was the authors goal to achieve this level of understanding in the minds of an inquisitive child.
