PB Anderson is a seasoned change practitioner with over four decades of frontline experience leading, teaching, and applying effective change strategies across personal, team, and organizational levels within one of the world's largest organizations.

Across two distinct yet complementary careers, Anderson has developed, refined, and consistently applied a proven methodology for managing change—anchored in both formal education and lived experience.

With a deep foundation in leadership theory, organizational behavior, motivational psychology, and change management, he combines academic insight with on-the-ground practicality to help others navigate lasting transformations. Anderson's two careers span service in the U.S. Army, where he was promoted nine times, from the lowest Army enlisted rank of Private (E-1) to the highest civilian rank in the General Schedule (GS-15).

He has lived in 23 different locations worldwide while managing change initiatives that impacted Army operations and personnel management for hundreds of thousands of Soldiers and civilian employees.

His academic credentials include:
