Overview
Katrina Marti is no stranger to the LDS Church. In fact, her ancestors knew Joseph Smith personally. "Having lived as a faithful Mormon, Katrina understands LDS experience and beliefs. She knows the cultural, emotional, and doctrinal pitfalls. She also has an admirable grasp of biblical wisdom, beyond sound doctrine, and its wise application to life. She communicates this with great clarity and grace. Katrina brings personal empathy and biblical truth to the fragile lives of Mormons in transition." (Pastor Ross Anderson, Alpine Church, Utah) If you are considering making the transition to biblical Christianity, this book will gently guide you through your journey. If you are a Christian and wish to understand Mormon beliefs in more depth in order to share the Gospel truth, this book will be a great tool indeed!

(Pastor Ross Anderson, Alpine Church, Utah) If you are considering making the transition to biblical Christianity, this book will gently guide you through your journey. If you are a Christian and wish to understand Mormon beliefs in more depth in order to share the Gospel truth, this book will be a great tool indeed! This book is a "how-to" guide for those who are in the midst of the transition process out of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It shares kindly and gently what the Bible teaches, and compares that with what the modern LDS church teaches. It is not an expose' or a criticism of the LDS church, but rather a guide for those wishing to understand better what the Bible has to say about key doctrines the LDS church teaches.
About the author
Katrina Marti comes from a multi-generational LDS family and was raised devoutly LDS. After an experience with God, Katrina became an avid student of the Bible, which ultimately led her to leave the LDS Church. For several years Katrina has had a ministry sharing biblical truth with LDS women. She and her husband live in New Mexico with their three youngest children and are Christian missionaries to the Navajo people of that area.
