About the author
Nancy Calzado-Hill is a physical therapist who loves children and promotes healthy living for all ages. She currently helps elderly and disabled young adults reach their full potential. A graduate of Loma Linda University, a school located in one of the world's blue zones, (Loma Linda, California is known for its population of healthy seniors living past 100 years due to a healthy lifestyle and diet). A native of California, she lives with her husband in San Diego, Charlie their golden doodle and George, the tortoise. Her hobbies include gardening, cooking, playing the piano and organ. She is currently learning to play the cello.
