Overview
Have you ever wondered why God allows some people to suffer more than others? Why He chooses us to experience so many trials and tribulations in our life? You will find in this written and Holy Spirit book, “Lord Why Me,” how God allowed me to endure so much pain and suffering to build my character and to strengthen me to glorify His Holy name. “Lord Why Me” is based on my testimony on how God allowed me to experience so much loss in my life and declare me righteous because of my faith in Him. “And since we all His Children, we will share His treasures-for everything God gives to His Son, Jesus Christ, is ours, too. But if we are to share His glory, we must also share His suffering. (Romans 8:17).
Description
By the time, I was eighteen years old; I was the mother of three children; at the age of twenty-three, I was the mother of four kids. I heard gossiping from the people around Daingerfield, the small town I am from that I wouldn't amount to anything. My kids would be raised on government assistance; I wouldn't finish high school and the only thing I was good for was having babies. My book, " Lord Why Me?" is about the grace of God and how I was able to overcome a speech disability, how I watched my mom at the age of nine years old fight for her life, losing the woman who raised my sister and I, being a victim of domestic violence at the hands of my first husband, losing my six year old son, my father dying from lung cancer at the age of fifty-seven and my husband dying from Gastric cancer at the age of fifty-seven and still smiling and standing strong in the Lord. Everything I went through; I had to go through it. God used all my trials and pain to bring me into His ministry. By the grace of God and I stand boldly in Jesus name when I say this; my kids weren't raised on government assistance, My mom is still alive today with Parkinson's, but she's still alive, I finished High School and College, I survived domestic abuse, and I found God. Glory Be To God!
