Nadine Faustin-Parker, is a Three-Time Olympian
who competed in the sport of Track and Field. She ran the hurdles and short
sprints and is the current Record Holder for the Republic of Haiti with
personal best of 7.99 (60m hurdles), 11.37 (100m dash), and 12.74 (100m
hurdles). She is a Pan American Games finalist in the 100m hurdles, as well as
Central American and Caribbean Games gold medalist in the 100m hurdles. She
currently coaches in collegiate athletics certified in the sprints, hurdles,
jumps, and relays events. Nadine has been fortunate to travel to over 30
countries as she competed on the American and European professional circuit for
ten years, first representing the USA, and later the Republic of Haiti under
her sponsors NIKE (eight years) and PUMA (one year). She was also a primary
school teacher at Franklin Charter School in Somerset, NJ shortly after graduating from the
University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
As a wife and mother of two, she has aspired to share her memories and
experiences with family, friends, and with readers through the eyes of Little
Tony, the main character in her children's read and color series, "Little
Tony's Worldly Adventures."
