Colleen Schleider is a first time author of a children's book. She lives in the Colorado Rocky Mountains with her husband and two loving and playful Golden Retrievers, Iceman and Yogi. She is a registered pediatric nurse, mother of three, and now a grandmother. "The inspiration for this children's book came from watching my own children planting seeds every spring.
