Latoya Stephenson-Smith is a new author and South Florida native of Caribbean descent. Little London-Ann Brown, a children's book, is her first project. Latoya was inspired to create this book based on her experience growing up in South Florida around other Caribbean-American children. This story was created to introduce children and parents to the Afro-Caribbean experience, including the culture, food, and music.
