Overview
For many parents, getting their child to bed is a battle. Bedtime means the end of play and for many children, being away from you. So, why would they want to go to bed? But, with a consistent, predictable bedtime that makes your child feel safe and loved, this battle can be over. Establishing a routine that includes a bedtime story, like this one, can also help.
