About the author
Adriana is the mother of two children under the age of 5 that give her inspiration to create wonderful books for others to enjoy and the step mother of two older children in high school and middle school. She works on her books in her spare time day and night and never seems to run out of creativity even when she is tired. She draws all of her characters by hand on a large drawing surface and then puts them into the computer by taking a photo. It is a lot of work but the result is a wonderful canvas of colors and imagination. She started on this journey many years ago as she started to learn Illustrator and Photoshop in her native land of Brazil. There she learned how to do all the tricks and deal with blending art and vectors together to make new illustrations. As a result of this, she started to come up characters for future stories. After her children were born, she started coming up with little stories to tell the children. Her husband suggested that she take those stories and past characters and make a book.
