Dr. Dan and Penny Funkhouser are the Pastors of Heartbeat Ministries International in Colorado Springs, CO. They are also directors of their mission organization H.I.M. (Heartbeat International Ministries), and Dr. Dan is an instructor at Charis Bible College in Woodland Park, Colorado.
