Life After Divorce: The Rebuilding Process

This book was written to encourage all those that have faced the sting of divorce; though it is real, it doesn't mean that you have to accept the pain to be a permanent part of your life, but you can turn your life around through applying a rebuilding process that offers therapy, hope, renewal, and restoration.

The pain and joy of writing this book have shown me that a person who suffers the loss of a marriage is a critical turning point in their life. I believe that it gives you a life lesson on how a plan in life with that beautiful person can begin with hopes and dreams for a wonderful future, then come crashing down through the effects of divorce. I also believe that no man or woman every sits down and devises a plan to get a divorce. Can you remember when you met that special person and you fell in love, and the next, here comes the proposal to marry you? You said yes and were so excited, and that unbelievable feeling of joy and happiness was on full display.

Dr. Duane E. Mangum serves as the Founder and Senior Pastor of the Family Worship Center: A Place Where Families Can Imagine in Waldorf, Maryland. He is a retired Air Force and Navy Veteran, where his service has spanned over thirty-two years.
