Reformed criminal, Lex Tennessee, lived a quiet law-abiding life—until a reckless "superhero" killed his wife. After the town’s local hero, “The Cadet,” vanquished all of the most dangerous villains, he grew bored. He was careless and lost the desire to protect innocent people.
