Legend Has It...

'Legend Has It...' is a thrilling epic set in the 1800s and is enjoyed by readers of all ages!

Treveur the troll must gain the trust of Megan and John, two suspicious humans that have heard horrible rumors of a troll's savagery. Treveur tempts John by offering him a glorious reward, if John agrees to save Treveur  from the ferocious wolf that's been tracking him. During their adventure mutual trust in one another builds, forming an unlikely bond of friendship between John, Treveur, and Megan.

Megan, a 9 year old orphaned girl, lives in a shabby old cabin with her impoverished Uncle John. One fateful night, Megan and John cross paths with a troll named Treveur, who happened to be running from a blood thirsty wolf. Treveur takes John and Megan on a hunt for treasure, that turns into an adventure that Megan won't soon forget. When Treveur returns home, he is then sent on a daring quest by the Troll King, to retrieve special roots that have healing powers. The King, and his best friend Freuhl are both in peril, urging Treveur onward! First, Treveur must venture through a dark forest, to do battle with the venomous spiders that stand guard over the roots. Along the way, Treveur is helped by his courageous human friends, John and Megan. If Treveur succeeds at this quest, not only will he gain the respect of his fellow trolls, he will also gain a noble title from the Troll King himself.

I wrote "Legend Has It..." at the request of my son, who was 7 years old at the time. He asked me to write a story about a "cool superhero troll that does good, not bad", so I did and made it into an eBook, and yes he likes the story very much!
