Norm Kober has been a franchisee owner/operator for Chic-fil-A for almost 4 decades and a respected leader in the company. He is a multi-unit operator and employs over 160 people. He is married to Frances and has 3 grown children, 2 of whom are operators themselves. Bill Everett was a pastor for a number of years and has worked for Norm as one of his directors since 2011. He has also worked for the Support Center in Atlanta, GA in the restaurant training department. He is married to Gail and has 2 grown children.
