Bob is the founder of IN2GREAT, a leadership consulting firm (www.in2great.com), which he started in 2011 with a focus on inspiring and equipping people to reach their full potential. With over 35 years of experience as a leader, strategist, and business owner, Bob has worked with CEOs of manufacturing companies and head coaches of professional sports teams. He has a deep passion for people and leadership and has helped many clients understand their people at a deeper level, unlocking their leadership potential through the use of data and analytics. Bob and his team at IN2GREAT share the vision of inspiring and equipping people to be everything they were created to be. Bob has been married to his wife Judy for 37 years, and together they have four sons, four daughters-in-law, and eleven grandchildren. Recently, Bob and his family moved from Ohio to the Charlotte, NC, area.
