Overview

The sole purpose of this book is to teach you how to ask for money.

Description

This little black book is a tactical, hands-on “how to” resource in asking people for money. It was originally written from personal experience in advertising sales, but in the midst of writing it, the book garnered mass appeal. My influencer friends wanted to learn how to best represent their personal brands and unlock bigger dollars from brands, and my neighbors trying to drive higher fundraising donations also found it useful. Younger executives also dove into the book when asking for a raise, or asking for more with a new job prospect.

Either way, what I learned is that everyone has to ask for money at some point and in some capacity, and it ranks up there with public speaking for most. It’s terrifying, it’s not fun, it’s awkward, and most people hate to do it.
Treat this little black book as your insider’s guide to asking for what you want, and what you deserve.
