I live in Texas and I have always found solace and guidance in my faith, but I definitely need help with my health, namely my weight.
I have struggled with maintaining a healthy lifestyle for years, and if I am being honest I sometimes still do, but I felt I needed to understand more about the science behind "Keto" and so I started my research. There are so many of us out there who are searching and who want to be healthy. which led me to explore alternative ways to nourish my body and soul.
