About the author

A southern country girl from Richmond, Virginia with strong Greek Orthodox roots, Julia Christine was able to navigate most of her youth blending the two cultures. Her mother inspired her to live a life of passion and purpose and to follow her dreams. Julia Christine loves spending time in nature, hiking, and is passionate about traveling to foreign places and learning from other cultures. She has been accepted as a volunteer English teacher in Tanzania and Cambodia for students aged five to ten years old.


She has ten years experience working in the Las Vegas and New York City nightlife industry and voted in the Top 10 Sexiest Cocktail Servers in Las Vegas. She studied English and journalism at Old Dominion University and has been featured on numerous TV shows and in magazines, including the hit reality tv show REHAB: Party at the Hard Rock Hotel. Just The Tip: Memoir of a Las Vegas Bottle Server is her first book.
