Description

Freedom rarely happens by accident. It is a journey that requires honesty, reflection, and a willingness to confront the things that have held us captive. Journey to Freedom: Work "Through" Book is a faith-based workbook designed to help individuals walk through the process of confronting addiction, shame, fear, and destructive patterns through the truth of Scripture and intentional reflection. Created as a companion to Life of an Addict: My Journey to Freedom, this workbook provides guided exercises, thought-provoking questions, prayer prompts, and space for personal journaling. Each section invites readers to slow down, examine their lives honestly, and allow God's truth to bring healing and transformation. Rather than simply reading about freedom, this workbook helps readers actively engage with the process of change. The questions are designed to uncover root issues, challenge unhealthy patterns, and guide individuals toward a deeper understanding of God's grace and purpose for their lives. This workbook can be used individually, in discipleship relationships, recovery groups, counseling settings, or small group studies. It is especially helpful for those who want practical tools to walk out their faith while overcoming addiction and brokenness. Through Scripture, prayer, and guided reflection, readers are encouraged to rebuild identity, establish healthy spiritual disciplines, and take intentional steps toward lasting freedom in Christ. If you are ready to move beyond simply surviving and begin walking in healing, accountability, and transformation, this workbook offers a practical path forward—one honest step at a time.
