You will learn that YOU are your own teacher. Through exploration of self you will learn new solving problems skills, distress tolerance and emotional regulation. These skills enable you to slow down, be mindful of your life choices, begin to become aware of your self-sabotaging patterns and gain insight into how to break them.
This book is not about self-improvement it is about self-acceptance. You will learn tools that enable you to heal yourself. When conflict comes, which it will, you will be able to resolve it, accept the lesson in the struggle and let it go.
If we are aware of what we need, why we need it and how we plan to go about getting our needs met we alleviate the possibility of being unfulfilled. This journey is about taking 100% responsibility for the problems and patterns in your life. The following pages are a compilation of explorative exercises and meditations that I have been using in my psychotherapy practice as well as my own life for the past 16 years. By dedicating time and effort you will begin to see drastic changes in your sense of well being, your relationships and your productivity.
Each week you are asked to participate in journal assignments, a daily chakra meditation and in an EFT tapping routine. The more time and energy you dedicate to your practice the more benefits you will see. Through the meditations, exercises and EFT routines you will be unraveling your negative energy patterns, regulating emotional responses, and conquer disorganized emotional responses.It is my honor to lead you through the journey that will explore the beauty of who you are and all that you are capable of being.
