JamGuy is a simple jam jar who is used to the indoor life and the comforts of home but has always had a suspicion that he is missing something. He's not quite sure how to get to the mountains he sees from his window, and what adventures might await there. One day, JamGuy decides to confront his worries and find what is missing. What he discovers is more amazing than he could have imagined and sets the stage for his future adventures.

Matt is an avid adventure seeker who loves to explore. He is the founder of What Could Be Better? (WCBB?), a Wellness Company. WCBB? is committed to fostering active and outdoor lifestyles with the goal of keeping people moving and exploring all throughout their lives. He is a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. Matt is also a veterinarian and has been practicing for the past eleven years. He lives in Maryland with his wife Amy and their wonderful daughter Josephine.
