Dr. Syed Hasan Akhtar is a retired cardiologist. He was born in India and has been living in the United States for many years. His current residence is in Austin, Texas. He has a longstanding interest in religions, and has opportunity to interact with other religions in interfaith setting. He has made presentations on the religion of Islam to various organizations, including churches, schools, etc. He has also edited and published a book "What is True Success?
