Get ready to join me on a journey of passion, adventure, and music like never before. I'm Kevin, and I am Irish to the core, born and raised in Carrick-on-Suir, a town in the south of Ireland. My love for music was inherited from my Dad, and I had a guitar in my hand at the tender age of 2. By the time I was 8, I had already given my first musical performance, and I knew then that music and performing were my calling. As a teenager, my singing voice began to attract attention, and I realized that music was all I ever wanted to do. From playing guitar and singing in bars and clubs all over Ireland and Europe from 16 to 23 years old, to pursuing my dreams in America with my guitar at age 23, my passion for music has taken me places I never imagined. From 1986 to 1992, I traveled all over America, playing music for anyone who would listen. I embraced every opportunity that came my way, making the most of every adventure and experience, and spreading positivity wherever I went. With my constant positive outlook on life, I faced every setback head-on, never giving up on my dreams. In 1992, a spur of the moment trip from Cape May to Key West led me to a job offer on that beautiful island. Suddenly, I was living and performing five nights a week in paradise. Playing music at night and enjoying the beach during the day was living the dream, and I couldn't believe my luck. In 1998, I opened Irish Kevin's bar in Key West, and although I faced obstacle after obstacle, I never gave up. Through hard work and a constant positive attitude, I have made a living doing what I love, and I never take for granted the gifts I've been given.
