Barbara Spargo practiced as a traditional registered nurse for 15 years in a wide variety of specialties and venues. She became frustrated with the medical model of just trying to eliminate disease symptoms. She describes eloquently her journey from the scientific paradigm into one of expanded consciousness to elicit the cause of disease. She has led workshops, published articles, and developed meditations to lead the wounded spirit to peace and wholeness. She lives in Washington State.
