Osha is the founder and director of Origin, a non-profit organization based in the California High Sierra. She has been collecting poems and quotations throughout her life and reads them at the residential retreats she's led and cooked for since 1970. Her books include Vegetarian Cooking for Health and Pleasure (1991), Decadently Delicious: Recipes to Live For (2019), and Inspirations: Collected Poems and Quotations for the Mind and Heart (2021). When she's not leading retreats or writing, Osha enjoys cooking, hiking, dancing, and playing music with friends. She joyfully shares her life with her husband, Win Morgan, and her two cats.
