Description

I'm Frustrated Thoughts Becoming Words is a memoir that reflects the life of a child who was raised from from boy to man in the ghetto while his Mother served life in prison. He's faced with disappointments, he's faced with challenges that prevents him from obtaining his goals. He joins a gang, and he gets involved in crime, his criminality leads him to using drugs, his criminality evolved, and he started dealing drugs. His involvement in the drug game leads to prison. While he was incarcerated, he reflects, and he redirects his focus. He realized that the only thing that he had to show from the dope game was a dope habbit. He struggled to lead a clean and sober lifestyle while he was on parole, he struggled to avoid the criminal lifestyle, and he strived to be reconnected with his Mother. She served 30 years in prison upon her release, upon her release he releases some steam. I'm Frustrated Thoughts Becoming Words is another tale from the hood with a Goal Setting worksheet, Stress Management worksheet, and an Anger Management worksheet available in the back of the book.
