She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an extensive background in substance abuse intervention and treatment, including trauma, grief and loss. She worked as a Human Resources Professional where her experiences with employees, led her to this work. Lisa has over 20 years of combined clinical and Human Resources experience. Lisa has a private practice in Los Angeles and works with Employee Assistance Programs, collaborates with management, Human Resources, as well as, addresses work/life balance, and substance abuse issues.
