Overview
Whether you are in tip top shape, just beginning your fitness journey, or in your dad-bod phase, this book's principles intend to help you look and feel 10 years younger. How you look is how you feel, and when your confidence is high, you can move mountains.
Description
When he published this book, Eric Amstutz was about to turn 40 years old and often heard that he looked at least a decade younger. He didn't come from a long line of models, tan Greek Gods, or movie stars. He's an average, middle class, pasty white guy who, despite serving in the harsh environments of the US military for nearly 20 years, hacked his life to create a more youthful appearance. "How to Stay Looking and Feeling 10 Years Younger" is a book geared towards men (although most of its content applies to women as well) who are looking for simple yet thorough step-by-step lifestyle hacks, tricks, principles, and mindsets that are obtainable by all. Whether you are in tip top shape, just beginning your fitness journey, or in your dad-bod phase, this book is designed using the 80/20 principal to help you look and feel 10 years younger. How you look is how you feel, and when your confidence is high, you can move mountains.
About the author
Eric Amstutz is a combat Veteran who served his country for nearly 20 years in the U.S. Army National Guard. His career culminated in a position as an Airborne Commander for a logistics company in 2021. He currently works as a corporate leader for a Fortune 100 company. Eric graduated from Ball State University in 2006 where he studied Risk Management & Insurance to obtain his B.S. He later went on to obtain his MBA from Kaplan University. He has been an avid health and fitness junkie most of his life playing sports, competing in bodybuilding shows, and competing in CrossFit tournaments. At the age of 4,0 he still plays competitive sand volleyball, full field soccer, and trains in the gym at the same levels he did in his 20's. Eric enjoys traveling, helping Veterans transition into the next stage of their lives, and living a healthy lifestyle.
