"How to Explore Abandoned Buildings" is a guidebook and photography book that is dedicated to novice urban explorers as well as expert explorers. The photographs in the book were taken by K. Enagonio, also known as No Tracers, and the illustrations were done by Francisco Silva, otherwise known as Mr Sketch. After recording an episode of the popular urban exploration podcast, No Tracers, host K Enagonio set out to create a unique guidebook for explorers, that would be fun, helpful, and memorable. This book was created in the spring of 2022 and completed and released on Friday, May 13th, 2022, which happens to also be the only Friday the 13th of 2022. It seemed fitting to release a spooky guidebook on urban exploration on that day.

K Enagonio is an American photographer who has traveled across the world collecting memories through the images they take. Having grown up in Dubai and Australia, K has had the opportunity to capture places and people from around the globe. When K is not freelancing as a photographer and videographer they are either podcasting or exploring abandoned places. K's first book, No Tracers - An Urban Explorer's Diary, is a collection of K's favorite photos from the early days of their explorations. How to Explore Abandoned Buildings was created after K recorded an episode of their urban exploration podcast, No Tracers, where they interview other explorers from around the world. The idea was sparked in late 2021 and this first volume was completed and put out on May 13th, 2022, which was the only Friday the 13th of the year. It seemed fitting to put out a book on that day.
