Description
Ian Dean is an investigator with Scotland Yard working on the Jack the Ripper case. When the murderous rampage ends unsolved, Ian becomes disenfanchised and moves to America. He remains in police work and secures a job as a U. S. Marshall assigned to Judge Parker in Fort Smith, Arkansas. 'The Hanging Judge' has plenty of work for him. During the course of his duties and travels as a U. S. Marshall, Ian becomes involved in some of the most heinous and infamous crimes of the day. Ian and a few cohorts he has met along the way apply the most recent crime solving techniques in an attempt to solve crime. The murders Ian is working on have a familiar style to them. Has Jack the Ripper followed Ian to the United States?
