Children love to play, and playing outside in the summer was the best. They had their two best friends with them too! Eddy and Shoe Polish, their are the family dogs... Then something new came into there yard, and it was flying, where did it come from? and can we touch it? It was time for the butterfly to leave and the children and both of their best friends, the dogs left with them too! And out of the yard they went, all the way down the block, and then around the corner. Soon they all were all lost, and the children got very hungry, but what are they going to do? mom and dad are not there, but who is? God...
About the author
Count Mark Anthony Corhan lives in Seattle, Washington. His mother Sharon, Don, uncles Ron, and Denny all live near him They are a close family, a loving family. Count feels that books are the most important things for children, and he's glad to be able to inspire their social and emotional development in an enjoyable way. Count get's up about 3AM everyday and starts to write, sometimes he has to go over and over again until it's just right! Count gets inspired to write by putting himself as the characters. He loves seeing what he can think up for all the children. As for being positive, every story Count writes is positive, has good endings, and they all can be used for teaching children about sharing, friends and getting along with others. Count has many heroes who are writers out there, they are many that just have magic at their fingertips! They are of a league of their own, and maybe just maybe, Count will be as good as them.
