Born in Ghana, Kwasi Asante Tannor has never met Hillary Clinton but has long admired her ways of changing the world for everyone, women especially. Father to a precious daughter, he firmly believes that if a girl is given a good education, then all the family would be educated, and then the whole village would be educated and ultimately, the entire country would be educated! He received elementary and secondary education in Ghana, but as an immigrant to the United States and starting his family, he was unable to proceed further. So, Tannor took his mother's advice and worked hard by washing pots and pans at restaurants part-time, driving taxis some nights and working days as a security officer just to help make ends meet. Eventually, Tannor continued studies at Long Island University.
