This is our first book. We, Buddy and I, have Covid 19 to thank. Buddy wanted to lift up your spirits in a heavy time, so he decided to reach out to you with his many lessons of love and kindness. His mom, which is me, wrote down some of his thoughts and expressions, in hopes of making your world lighter.

Hey, Everybody it’s me Buddy This book was wonderful! The insights and wisdom from a canine point of view was touching and helpful. In addition, through every story you could feel the intimacy, respect for, and love between Buddy and Kathy who he repeatedly points to as mom. We hear so often about dogs being man’s or woman’s best friend. In this book, Buddy is more than that! Buddy is a child, a friend, and a spiritual guide, bringing lots of lessons for us humans to the forefront, that can be applied to many situations in life. It was a pleasure to read and reflect on. I loved that Buddy highlights his faith tradition as Catholic. I even used some of these insights in my preaching! It’s definitely a must read! Read more

Inspirational and Thought-Provoking Kathy Kearney has captured the life-giving words of her best friend, Buddy, so perfectly, you'd swear he (a beautiful German Shepherd) was actually writing them himself. This book is rich with inspiration, hope, love, wisdom, and faith and sprinkled with delightful humor. I absolutely love, Hi Everybody! It's Me Buddy! The lyrical and descriptive prose brings the enchanting stories alive upon the page. I read one story a day, like a daily devotional. I savored the playful, relaxing, and insightful tones that were carried throughout the book. I laughed and cried and marveled at how beautifully Kathy Kearney told Buddy's tales with such depth and realism. I didn't want it them to end!
