Description
Henry is a remarkable honey badger. He lives in the tiny African nation of Malinda, and speaks fluent English. He studies philosophy and formal logic. He is a military hero, the first Long Range Reconnaissance Honey Badger, and a member of Ghost Force, an elite special warfare unit. Get ready to dive into this exciting story and follow his exciting adventures in this fifth book of the Henry the Honey Badger series. Henry has many people creature friends, and when they have problems, Henry always helps them. Paddy Finn, founder of Malinda Safaris and fellow Ghost Force member had been put on the Terrorist Watch List by the vain and corrupt nephew of a powerful senator for shooting a lioness that had killed and eaten a young couple. A young FBI analyst named Samantha Scarletti investigated the matter and wrote a report that exonerates Paddy and incriminates the nephew. The senator presses the FBI to delete the report and fire the young analyst. Her boss refuses. The senator makes a phone call. Early the next Saturday morning, her boss is shot to death while walking his dog. The young analyst is next on the hit list and must flee for her life. She meets a most interesting cast of characters along the way, including a billionaire Texas oilman, his wife, and a reclusive genius, doctor and pilot named Patti the Stewardess. She finds a home in Malinda, a new name, and new friends — including Henry, Chief Inspector Cecil Richardson, General David Botshelo, Marea Thembekile. An accomplished violist, she successfully auditions for the Maatlamotse Symphony Orchestra. The audition was arranged by the tall, handsome and heroic Major Riley. Henry thinks they look like they belong together. As everyone knows, boney badgers have extraordinarily keen noses, and Henry thinks they smell like they go together, too. But life in Malinda is not always a bowl of batanga berries. When the terrorist mastermind, Orzo the Abyssinian, mounts an attack in Malinda's capital, Maatlamotse, she uses her fluency in Arabic to help Henry and Ghost Force stop the terrorists in a most spectacular way.
