Heart of Twigs

"Heart of Twigs" is a poetry collection of heartbreaks, revelations, and contemplations on unrequited situation ships.

Written over the span of five years, "Heart of Twigs" explores the heartbreaking realities, and illusions, of unrequited love - from dreams of runaway brides to home-brewed coffee after a sleepover with a crush, the ache and longing of unrequited love is near constant.

Katie Taylor is a writer, poet, and performer from Scranton, PA. She currently lives in Chicago, a city that constantly inspires and challenges her.
