You will find out about our menu choices,our drain cleaners, our shopping lists, our resources, our cooking ideas as well as anti-aging foods, recipes, inflammation, varicose veins, bee stings, castor oil packs, fiber, protein, time management, the elimination method, creating boundaries, plastics, artichokes, nutritional yeast, poop, chia, quinoa and so much more. The impetus for this book is that so many people have asked us, "How did you start doing all of this?" Hopefully that question will be answered. For those of you who don't know us, you will be intimately familiar with us. You will have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner with us as well as gone to the bathroom with us! So enjoy the book and I hope you don't blush!
About the author
Who would have believed it? I'm the same person that hated vegetables as a kid! My father would make me sit at the kitchen table until all my vegetables were eaten. Thank goodness for the family dog, Prince, who always stayed at my feet under the table throughout every meal. If it weren't for Prince, I would probably still be at that kitchen table. Forty-one years later I eat every vegetable, I exercise daily instead of watching TV, I drink water instead of soda, I sleep at least eight hours a night, I stand up straight instead of slouching over, I walk every day instead of driving everywhere, I clean our house with baking soda and vinegar, I use coconut oil for my moisturizer and I try to make healthy choices for everything I do!
