I've been a registered dietitian working in the world of eating disorders in some capacity for almost eight years now, and I've seen the devil have a heyday with eating disorders—one of the deadliest mental health conditions. You might be thinking to yourself, "Eating disorders? Isn't that something that only young adults deal with? My child is three!" By the age of ten, around 33% of girls, and 22% of boys say that their appearance is their number one worry. Research shows that girls as young as five years old were more than twice as likely to consider dieting if their mothers had recently or were currently dieting. This book is grounded in the biblical truth that all of God's children need to hear that God loves them regardless of their body shape or size.
