This is a cookbook that reflects on the author's personal travel through exotic kitchens. It is a fun way to see the world and to experience global cooking in your own kitchen. The recipes are easy to read and easy to follow and accompanied by beautiful images that inspire cooking, plating and serving. There is a very unique and exceptionally beautiful lemon meringue pie recipe on page 8 made by the author's son as a way to introduce the exoticism of the book. The image for this recipe appears on the front cover and will entice you to open the book and start cooking immediately.

About the author
Born in 1970 in a conservative South Africa, she has always felt out of place. There is a restlessness about her that translates into wanderlust and this caused her to chase a profession that could ease some of this restlessness, so she became a scuba instructor. After getting married and living in six different countries, she decided to follow her passion for cooking and looked for a creative outlet in the form of a food and travel blog. At the same time, she wanted the cooking to count for something and received a holistic nutrition diploma in 2014. She currently lives with her husband in the USA and tries to visit with her three kids and grand baby in Israel as much as the distance will allow.
