Overview

CHILDREN'S PICTURE BOOK (Ages 5 - 7)

This humorous fictional Children's book is unique because the story is told through the use of actual photographs of Pilley and Addy, the main characters.  Children will love the photographs of these two Woodpeckers.

The story highlights some of Pilley and Addy's daily antics while they are growing up in their tree hole. They both can't wait to fly but for different reasons.

Description

Pilley and Addy are two young woodpeckers living in their tree hole while waiting for their flight wings. Pilley is preoccupied with wanting to fly, while Addy loves to play games and wants to solve the mystery of why some birds nod to them and others do not. Sibling rivalry competitions, woodpecker games, and visits from friends and family occupy their days. When Pilley and Addy are finally ready to fly, they must learn the Woodpeckers' Creed. Understanding the Creed helps them solve the nod mystery and gives them an appreciation for having an extended family.
