About the author
Robbie King holds a bachelor's degree in communications focused on pub- lic relations and corporate consulting, a master's degree in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and clinical psychology, a specialty degree in psychoanal- ysis, an honorary master's degree in wellness studies, an honorary Ph.D. in wellness studies, a Ph.D. in health science research and has taken more than 40 continuing education courses on psychology, science, and human development. He is a certified life coach, holistic life coach, wellness coach, stress management coach, sports psychology coach, fitness trainer and CrossFit trainer. He holds studies in Zen, meditation, Buddhism, Daoism and other eastern philosophies, and is a certified meditation teacher. He has also researched extensively on happiness and overall well-being. He has repeat- edly appeared in national radio and television talking about said subjects and continually writes for world-famous publications about health, most no- tably in Men's Health Magazine, Women's Health magazines, Runner's World Magazine, SportLife Magazine and several others. In 2015, he won one of the International Psychoanalytic Studies Organization worldwide writing awards for his contributions on mental health literature. He works in private practice and as a public speaker in public seminars as well as in corporate wellness matters with some world-famous companies, including Coca Cola, Walmart, Johnson & Johnson, P&G, HP, and many others.
