A loss can be one of a loved one, a job or even a separation of a relationship. Not only does this book educate you on what grief and trauma is but guides you on how to be supportive to a friend or loved one while they are going through the stages of grief or after they have experienced a trauma. About the author
Ashley L. Blake, BSW, is the author of "Impact" published on 2017. She has a Bachelors Degree in Social Work and Masters in Administration of Human Services which aided her experience with working with individuals in the community. She has served as the President for the Phi Alpha Honor Society during her educational career at Salisbury University, on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Ashley has used her years of experience as a Case Manager to access the needs of others to assist them in moving forward with healing through their traumas and highlighting their strengths to have a more productive life. After working with clients from young children to older adults and her personal experience, Ashley believes firmly that education is the first step in healing through ones grief and trauma.
