About the author
Dr. Shirley L. Randolph I am an Educator at one of Atlanta's HBCU. I am a native of Atlanta, Ga. I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Clark College, a Master of Education in Curriculum, and Instruction Degree from Central Michigan University. I also hold a Specialist from Argosy Atlanta University, Leadership Certification from Lincoln University, Tenn., and a Doctorate in Instructional Leadership from Argosy Atlanta University. I have taught elementary, middle, and high school Mathematics. Implementing and demonstrating responsibility successfully requires the ability to manage time and priorities while also being flexible. I enjoy working, teaching, and interacting with children as they grow into adulthood. I set high standards for myself and hold myself accountable, knowing that my role as an educator affects services provided to others. I am married and my husband and I have three children, one son, and twin girls.
