Lakara Foster is a native of New Orleans, LA and the President and Lead Consultant of She Speaks! Inc. She holds a B.S. in Psychology, a B.S. in Criminal Justice, and a Masters in Counselor Education from Florida A&M. Despite many obstacles, she has accomplished a great deal in her life with the passion for empowering women and girls guiding her footsteps. With 16 years of educational, counseling, and spiritual coaching experience, Lakara has helped hundreds to tackle real life issues and then become victorious over sexual abuse, drug abuse, low self-esteem, and other barriers.
