Giving God the Helm

My ttestimony of a storm I encountered by being gullible with a business client whom I trusted. It turned into a battle and I was determined to seek victory through my circumstances. Oddly enough, this story paralleled an earlier experience I wrote about years ago. It was about a pontoon boat someone gave me for "free." It really wasn't free. I re-titled that story to “The Parable of the Pontoon Boat” and it is the prologue of this book. This trusted business client was also giving me something for free that he called a "blessing." It turned into a curse and could have ended my banking career. My story takes the reader through my battle and offers numerous ways they too can overcome similar circumstances. We would prefer that our difficult circumstances just go away, but we really need to learn how to use them to grow and mature personally and spiritually.
