Dianne Ajayi is presently an Associate Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance at a leading Canadian financial institution, bringing nearly two decades of combined expertise in operational risk, governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise IT transformations. Formerly a Director of IT Asset Management at another leading bank, she led global initiatives that modernized asset governance, integrated intelligent technologies, and advanced software lifecycle and license compliance strategies. As Doctoral candidate at Northeastern University, Dianne's research is focused on the governance of artificial intelligence within regulated environments. She is a SAFe Practice consultant, specializing in Agile governance models and also serves as an Adjunct Professor, where she develops and teaches graduate-level curricula in financial technology, digital transformation, and GRC strategy. She is the architect of the SECURE Framework™, a security risk governance model grounded in cross-industry analysis of cyber-physical security governance challenges. This framework will launch in her forthcoming book, Security Risk Assessment for the Modern Enterprise, scheduled for release later this year.
